Event registration

An event landing page with schedule context, speaker details, and a concise registration form.

When this template fits

This layout works for a single event where date, format, learning outcome, and registration can fit on one screen. It is most useful for webinars and small workshops; multi-track conferences need a fuller schedule and speaker structure.

How the layout works

Event context and the registration form share a two-column hero, then stack on smaller screens. Labels stay visible above controls, the select has a clear purpose, and the action sits at the end of the natural reading and tab order.

What to customize

Add the correct time zone, duration, accessibility arrangements, cancellation terms, and data-retention notice. Replace the sample role choices with information you will actually use, or remove the field rather than collecting unnecessary data.

Review before publishing

Test validation without relying on placeholder text, confirm the event can be understood before submitting, and provide a success state that repeats the date and next step. Production registration must protect submissions from spam and duplicate requests.
