Accessible signup form
A labeled signup form with helpful descriptions, visible focus, and a clear privacy promise.
When this template fits
This form is a starting point for account creation flows that need explicit labels, useful field guidance, and predictable keyboard behavior. It suits a short signup flow; add a separate onboarding step instead of turning it into a long profile form.
How the layout works
Every control has a persistent label, the email hint is connected with aria-describedby, and browser autocomplete tokens describe the expected data. A visible focus outline makes keyboard position obvious, and the single-column card preserves reading order on narrow screens.
What to customize
Connect validation messages to their fields, explain password rules before submission, and place legal consent only where your actual policy requires it. If social sign-in is added, separate it visually without making the email path look secondary or unavailable.
Review before publishing
Submit the form using only a keyboard, test error announcements with a screen reader, and verify that zooming to 200% does not hide the button. The demonstration does not send data, so production use still requires secure server validation and rate limiting.
